Challenge
The client’s goal was to establish a headquarters that reflected their multinational presence while remaining flexible for future tenants. The site spanned a dense urban block with height restrictions and limited access points, making circulation and daylighting critical challenges. Fieldwork needed to balance density with livability, ensuring that each workspace had natural light, clear navigation, and access to shared amenities. Additionally, the building had to communicate prestige without resorting to extravagance, embodying a sense of understated authority while remaining welcoming to employees and visitors. Achieving sustainability certification was also a core requirement, requiring advanced façade systems and smart mechanical strategies.
Impact
The Atlas Corporate Center redefined what a corporate campus could mean in the middle of a city. Its minimal, geometric form has become a recognizable landmark for the district, while its interior design promotes collaboration with generous communal spaces and layered connectivity. Tenants report higher retention and satisfaction rates thanks to the building’s light-filled environments and human-centered amenities. The project achieved LEED Platinum certification, setting a new benchmark for sustainable corporate development in the region. More importantly, it positioned the client as a leader not only in business but in urban responsibility, turning architecture into a strategic asset for brand reputation and employee well-being.
